Had an amazing experience at Shearz, Shela. My hair got damaged after permanent straightening and now it's completely fixed. Thank you Divyata for beautiful haircut and i suggest everyone to visit Shearz. My place to go for any type of Hair styling!

I've been visiting this salon for the past 5 years in their makarba branch and have always received excellent service, but this time I was quite disappointed as I visited Shela branch. Before booking my appointment, I confirmed the price for hair color and highlights, and I was told it would be approximately 6500. However, on the day of my appointment, they informed me the cost had increased to around 8500. When I questioned this, they claimed the receptionist might have given me the wrong information due to confusion. Additionally, I had specifically booked an appointment with Santosh a week in advance, but he only completed one fourth of the service, with the rest handled by another stylist. If I had scheduled with a senior stylist ahead of time, why was the service passed to someone else without informing me? If he was unavailable, I should have been notified so I could reschedule or adjust the timing. What's more disappointing is that he didn't even come back after the service to check if the color met my expectations. The entire process took five hours, out of which two hours were spent just on a patch test--something most salons complete within 30 minutes. I feel the quality of service has significantly declined compared to earlier, and I'm now reconsidering visiting this salon again.

5/5 stars! I had an amazing experience. The staff were friendly, especially Nitin and Pooja, very professional, and made me feel at ease. My eyebrows and hair look fantastic! Highly recommend.

I used to visit this salon from more than year but last time i visit they gave the worst service. I went there for hair cut which they made it look horrible when i said they told me let me wash it for you then it would look good on saying it wont fix the problem they suggested to send some senior staff and a small boy came in when asked was he senior they said no. They are not at all professional on their service now a days as they don't have any trained staff. Pls think before taking their service

Thanks to Karishma, divyta and priya for nails as well as much awaited haircut . They do provide excellent service as well as membership offers, one of the underrated salons in ahmedabad. Where they have their branch both in shela as well as prahladnagar. Would recommend the salon to everyone looking for salon needs and wants to find their self love place!!!

Very Professional Services! Look out for Vishnu - the man delivers the best! Very polite staff and highly commitment and customer centric approach. Great stuff guys!
