Beware of Jiyas Beauty Hub! I had a disappointing experience at this salon. The owner, Jia, was incredibly arrogant and made me feel uncomfortable, as though her salon was too big and busy to care about individual customers. She thinks all customers are DEPENDANT on her and should meekly ACCEPT whatever she proposes to get done. She has also trained her staff to focus only on profit and try to lure high paying customers. She was dismissive, needlessly pushed extra services. Worse is she demeans customers who dont accept her suggestions in front of her others. She lacks basic courtesy and ethics. I left feeling unsatisfied and wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone looking for customer-centered service. Go AT YOUR OWN RISK - Only if you don't mind getting insulted!"

I had a worst experience today. I have been a regular customer of the owner and always come for her but unfortunately she was not available today so I had to get the haircut by the staff. Firstly, they did not care that my neck was bend at a awkward angle and was paining ( I did inform them, they did nothing ). Then they started telling me my payment before the haircut( I had book an appointment and inquire about the payment in detail) in front of everyone very loudly. And don't get me started on AC. They are never working. I was sweating and panting i requested them that please give me few mins in AC but they decline . And at the time of payment they charge extra rupees for the one side flick. I mean ssly!!!!!! And the staff just keep gossiping and laughing about the clients.

I specifically requested separate sessions for facial and waxing, yet they disregarded my request entirely and performed both treatments simultaneously. The entire process was excruciatingly painful, and instead of showing care or empathy, the staff were rude and dismissive. It felt like they were rushing through the services with no regard for my comfort or satisfaction. This wasn't just a bad experience--it was a nightmare. If you value quality service, professionalism, and a respectful environment, stay far away from Jiyas. I regret ever stepping into their establishment.
