Ruchit, the technician and proprietor, performed a diamond facial with a technique that was truly impeccable. His attention to detail, skill, and professionalism made the entire experience enjoyable and relaxing. The service was top-notch, and we left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. "I went to this salon for a beauty treatment with my sister from 2 PM to 5 PM. After the treatment, we made a mistake by leaving our purse on the sofa. When we returned home, we realized that 3000 rupees were missing from the purse. We requested the salon to provide the CCTV footage to find out who took the money, but we never received any response. This incident occurred on February 5th, and today is February 13th. We have called and messaged them four times but haven't received any reply. I request everyone to be cautious when visiting this salon, as there is no safety. If this continues, no one will be able to trust the place, especially for middle-class people like us. 3000 rupees is a big amount. Please be careful if you visit."

Yesterday itself got layers and it looks so bad. I asked for bangs aswell and he didn't even trim them well. My hair looks so bad. 0/10. I would recommend going to some local girl rather than metro

The stylist not only failed to deliver the desired result but also made mistakes that left my sister's hair looking worse than when I arrived. Instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, the staff blamed her hair or downplayed the issue, which was both unprofessional and frustrating. A good salon experience is built on skill and customer service, and sadly, both were lacking here. I left feeling disappointed and undervalued as a client. I won't be returning, and I cannot recommend this salon to anyone seeking quality hair care.

Worst services ever .... Had same issues in makeup twice ....once the makeup is done within an hour of two black patches ana start hogaya and the makeup they did was horrible ...when asked him that why the makeup is not settled he responded with a answer ke thode time me thik hojayega aisa hi hota hai and then they dont even respond
