Received awesome service from salon and Rohan, the brand manager is a very knowledgeable and professional hair dresser. He attends the customer with full dedication and care. Really happy with the services and appreciate their approach towards the client.

Absolutely disgusting service! The manager ( This guy called Rohan ) at the Vasna branch is arrogant, disrespectful, and completely unfit to deal with customers. He clearly lacks basic manners and professionalism. They don't even have proper tools for a manicure or pedicure -- what kind of salon runs like this? And when I pointed it out, the manager had the audacity to say they'll just discontinue my service instead of fixing the issue. Total joke of a place. Avoid at all costs. I even spoke directly to the salon's owner about how their manager behaved and the poor service I received. But clearly, she had zero concern for her clients. No apology, no accountability -- just the same careless attitude. It's obvious that this kind of behavior starts from the top. If the owner doesn't care, how can you expect the staff to?

if i could give a zero... first of all... I don't like to change my hairsalon / hairdresser... but this one time as my hairstylist was out of town.. i decided to try this salon.. for a change.. to my surpise... this salon is a mess... and the lady who blowdried my hair... damn... she didn't look experienced... the way she handling the dryer ... the end result was underwhelming... the blowdry looked mess..and top of that they charge you very high as compared to high end salons.. i mean it wasn't worth the money you spend looking at the way .. customer satisfaction ... the overall experience.. like they were struggling to find the comb ..the tools....snatching each others tools.. and at last some guy came and did the rest of the blow dry..somehow managed.. I mean ...if you aren't experienced.. then don't make customer sit and make them there learning project ..if at last you need to charge a bomb for it... really really disappointed... I am someone who goes every week twice for hairwash and blow dry... lesson learned..never change your hairdresser.. they surely gonna loose the repeat value of customers..if this pretains.... not so trained staffs....!! thats where you loose it!!! Although i was polite enough to not to tell anything on their face... but bro... it was my first and last experience...!!

My haircut was fine, and so was the staff. The 1 star is for the abusive manager (I wrote owner before but it seems it was the manager) who started shouting at his staff as soon as he arrived, especially while a client is getting his haircut done. The guy was treating his employees as sub-human even. Please be better, if you treat your staff well and keep the morale up, your shop will perform better.

I had the worst experience with Beauty Mantra. The staff is very unprofessional. I visited to inquire about the price of botox, and they told me they have two branches in Vadodara, but each staff member quoted a different price. When I called for an appointment, the staff spoke to me very rudely. I called them 5-6 times throughout the day, and they kept telling me that the hairstylist was busy and couldn't talk to me at that moment, assuring me they'd call back in 15 minutes--but they never did. Seriously, they couldn't spare even 5 minutes to speak with a potential client about an appointment.

I have never had a more frustrating and insulting experience at a hair salon before. The hairdressers (This guy called Vaibhav and his senior Rohan) were completely dismissive and condescending about my haircut preferences, and told me to go with a haircut I didn't even want in the first place (which turned out horrible btw). The end result was atrocious, and when i voiced my disappointment they had the audacity to blame my hair type?? I have been to several different salons and NEVER have i EVER heard an excuse this lame before. The disrespect was insane, no customer should be treated in such a way. This place is a joke, if you care even slightly about your hair (and your self respect) avoid this place like the plague.

The owner of the salon was equally impressive--friendly, professional, and committed to creating a great environment. This place truly offers a perfect blend of expertise and hospitality.
