Fantastic experience and professional service. I think the head massage could have been better, best was pedicure!

First time i went for hair spa n cut it was very nice so i thought of repeating the same. But they wanted me to book an more expensive service. But i choose what i had earlier They made sure to ruin my hair, hell experience & worst as they are 100% money minded n zero about services

The staff is gentle. Nithin cut my hair and what I really appreciated was the time it took. The hair cut and blow dry was done within 30 minutes and he did not have a condescending attitude. He just suggested few helpful things and didn't overstep or try to promote products.

I had the most wonderful experience @Enrich . Nitin was incredibly skilled and truly listened to my vision for my hair. The color is stunning, exactly what I wanted. Nitin's patience and professionalism were also greatly appreciated. Best Hair Artist.

Mai Face Threading and Waxing k liye gayi thi, service was impressive, so I took the membership. They pressured me for give the review, I took it positively.. After few days, I took appointment for HairCut with Ankit and I was arrived 15 minutes late, and hairdresser was busy with blowdry to another client.. I asked receptionist that why he is busy, please recommend her another stylist, they haven't another stylist at salon.. Receptionist told me that Client have the appointment after 1 hour.. but I was not on time so she didn't call me and sat her for the early service.. she was convincing me to wait. It was so exausting . I went with my little kid.. she was asking me please get some service for me.. they denied with no service available for kids like nail art, manicure pedicure.. their behaviour was too cold and hurtful. I waited for my hair cut for 40 minutes more. Ankit was my hairdresser, I showed him a outlook of haircut and he deny me as it did not look good on u, so I trusted him for his experience. he was uncooperative and lack of communication. I was not happy with his haircut. I didn't found good vibes from him. The experience was so embarrassing. We spent money for best and professional service and they experienced me as unworthful client.. Second time, to visit the Sevasi salon, is unacceptable by heart.. Lack of empathy and politeness in communication.. No Professionalism.

Pathetically unprofessional service! This happened twice. They give you appointment and then make you wait unattended till their stylists punch in for the day. You are invisible or least valuable if you have booked discounted services or less expensive ones.

I recently had the most amazing haircut experience at anrich ,gotari As a girl who's always been particular about my hair, I can confidently say that this was by far the best haircut I've ever had! The stylist (hardik)truly understood what I wanted and went above and beyond to deliver.

Hair service done by Nitin was wonderful. Explained everything in detail. Thank you so much. Waxing and threading by Sanjana was also very nice and smooth. All in all rejuvenated.
