I had a facial appointment one for me and my mom. Management was very unprofessional. Eventhough we had an appointment , we waited for 1 and half hour. Lady kept on saying 5 min , 5 min and and we kept on waiting. Very unprofessional no sense of time mangement.

I live in the US and I was attending a wedding in Baroda. I wasn't very sure about trying a new place for make up as I have a very sensitive acne prone skin. However, I tried this salon looking at the reviews and let me tell you, I'm not at all disappointed. Ms. Nivedita is a very professional person. She made sure I get what I was looking for. I got ready with her two days in a row that included hair, makeup and saree draping. I loved her services. I am not going anywhere else when I'm in Baroda the next time. I highly recommend it everyone.

Worst experience ever.. The lady was very casual and rude... Even after multiple instructions her service was very poor...She was not able to do eyebrow properly & was making face if I asked anything...I will not recommend it to anyone...
