Terrible Experience - Unprofessional Makeup Service I had a truly disappointing experience at this salon. I visited a makeup service , and it turned out to be a complete disaster. Within just 10 minutes of leaving, the makeup started melting due to sweat, and with just one dab, it came off onto my hand. I immediately called the salon to ask for a solution, and the response I received was completely unprofessional. Instead of acknowledging the issue, I was simply told to "use compact in that area"--which is not a reasonable fix for a full makeup service I had just paid for. It was extremely disappointing, especially because I had trusted them for an important occasion. Next day I visited again to speak with someone about it, but the owner refused to meet me. Her assistant told me she was resting. I even tried calling her directly, but she refused to take responsibility or offer any kind of refund. This was one of the most frustrating experiences I've had at a salon. Poor service, poor product quality, and absolutely no accountability. I strongly advise against using their makeup services--they ruined my day and my mood. I expected professional service and support, but I received neither. I do not recommend this salon to anyone looking for reliable makeup services--they ruined my day and did nothing to make it right.

Our comments are related to our experience of getting ready. Very average experience, the owner itself doesn't look forward to satisfy the customer, works very professional and in case of some adjustments she is not so open. She just wants to flaunt once the photographer is there or some other party . Please inquire on additional costs as later every little thing you ask is extra cost. I would suggest trying normal salons if ambience is not so important, these days we have big parlors but very few maintain it.

The owner, Usha ma'am is such an humble person and the staff is also good. I have been visiting the parlour for 9 years now and I just love how she transforms my hair. And other services are also good. Totally worth every penny.

Great service and experienced staff. Everything starting from hair consultation and color to styling is done very professionally. I had red balayage done, it was worth every penny. Recommend going to the salon. Prices are also affordable.

I got ready for sangeet and my wedding with her. Usha aunty is like a magician. She really made me look like a princess. Her team members are also very nice.

It's being from last two to three years attending I feel comfortable and at ease I think it's worth for whole body grooming using very high and good quality of products which suits your requirement I have had much change over this year's once you are used to taking services you won't need to go anywhere else the staffs and attendant all'are very cooperative so my best wishes to la grace and it's teams

Awful To attend more customers they change the attendants and 10 people touch your hair One side ironing is bouncy other side is done by other lady it's flat They only want to sell their products I paid close to 10000 RS but still didn't get the best attendant she would start and then leave it half way Not at all value for money

Great staff and good service. Slightly expensive but the services and their results are worth the charges
