I recently visited this salon and was thoroughly impressed by their exceptional service and warm hospitality. The staff was very good ! They attended me and friends in a very warm way and made us feel comfortable while taking all the precautionary measures against COVID. A big shout out especially to my hair dresser, Ms. Kavya, who provided me with an amazing hair massage !

The hair spa done by Mr Amit was too good,super awsome,massage was really relaxing on scalp. Quality of products used is really nice. Secondly waxing and other services done by Kavya Mam was great and super awsome. And mainly whenever i visit its always welcoming and friendly from reception desk to the end of visit. Everyone around is always smiling and welcoming. Must visit. Cleanliness and hygiene is top notch all the time. I personally like the friendly and cordial approach of staff.

The service is very nice and got the best result. Cooperates all staff. And takes good care of each and every one of them. One of the employee name of Amit is best hair dresser and manager Rinku is also take care of clients and as well as staff also.

Very bad experience. I thought I have selected the best saloon for my big day but they disappointed me. Didn't like my make up at all and most important person my fiance he also didn't like it, they didn't care about my time also took so much time for makeup and hairstyle. Will never suggest this salon to anyone.

I had the worst experience of my life at Lakme Salon, vadodara today. For my engagement ceremony, they completely ruined my look. Incompetent staff and lazy owner. Inspite of reminding them 100s of times not to put layers of makeup, they went against. Would never ever recommend this place to anybody in baroda or otherwise. And if there is any Lakme personnel reading this message, then i expect a call. This place should not continue. I can share pictures as well upon request.

I am coming here from one year it's too good. They are very professional and very caring. Cleanliness is awesome and covid safety measures are being taken very carefully. Great job guys.. thank you for all your efforts and I wish u all the best for the future....

Worst place ever..!! Race course road is better..!!! They did the worst waxing ever just for money the took my appointment before closing time did the worst waxing they did my brazilian waxing, hand and body waxing just in 30-45 min and they used too hot wax even after telling them 500 time to not use that hot wax..it have me red pimples all over my body..also the hairwash was worst they didn't wash the shampoo properly so it was also bad they did even blowdry my hair properly and that ruined my brother's wedding i have the pictures as proof.
