I had an extremely disappointing experience at this salon. The staff was unprofessional and seemed more interested in their phones than in providing any actual service. I noticed several staff members talking on the phone while I was waiting, which made the entire experience feel disorganized and uncaring. To make matters worse, the staff caused me to bleed three times during the treatment, which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. The service itself was not done in a timely manner, and it felt like they were rushing through it without any attention to detail. The products used were also a huge concern. They weren't applied properly, and I ended up with itchy, irritated skin that later turned black, which was alarming. Additionally, the salon's hygiene standards were terrible. They used a dirty bowl for my facial, which made me question the cleanliness of the entire place. What was even more frustrating was that the owner of the salon was present during my visit, but she didn't seem to care at all about how her staff was working. She didn't bother to check on the service being provided or ensure any level of client satisfaction. It was clear that customer care was not a priority for her. Overall, I would never recommend this salon to anyone. It was an unpleasant and concerning experience, and I won't be returning.

Staff is not that professional. Stays on mobile and whispers about clients. I went for hair cutting, it was average and took them 2 hours, they are just slow. Will not recommend
