I have waited 2 months to give a review just to see how the color and hair quality turns out after getting so many positive claims from this guys before getting it done . But I had extremely disappointing experience here . I was very keen on getting haircut and hair color done from this salon! To begin, my haircut was extremely disappointing and very ordinary . Moreso they messed up my color in the first go ; i wanted a subtle no bleach balayage but they turned it extremely loud orange tone color specially around my crown area ! To calm it down they had to use harsh toners which has damaged my hair extremely and beyond repair . I paid 10.5k for the whole service which ended in extremely ruining my hair making it lifeless. Overall, I had a very very bad experience . My hair is half the density it was and in extremely bad shape . Please be aware.

So I went here 3 months ago for my first haircut in India. I went here again after another 3 months. This place is great...good staff, very friendly. Service is on point and the hair styling is great. I highly recommend this place for a good stylish haircut. For men they charge 355 rupees. Divyesh is my hairdresser and he is great! Visit him and mention me. Also very conveniently located and there is an elevator here.

You want a hair "treatment" that strips your hair color and leave your hair dryer and more damaged? Then this is a the perfect salon for you. I had an absolutely terrible experience at Reflexions Unisex Salon in Vadodara, and I would strongly advise others to avoid this place at all costs. I came from out of town looking for a professional hair treatment, but what I got was a complete scam. They refused to give me any prices over the phone, insisting I come in for a "consultation," which turned out to be a hoax. They ended up doing the K18 treatment that I suggested, which I've had done many times at reputable salons. Their execution was appalling. They barely used any product, skipped the K18 oil entirely, and used what I can only assume were non-color-safe shampoos and conditioners that completely stripped the toner from my hair. My once beautiful mushroom brown color is now ruined. To make matters worse, during the hair wash, they left my clothes completely soaked. When I pointed it out, the stylist blow-dried my clothes a bit and then just left, even though they were still wet. The final blow? They charged an outrageous 4130 rupees for their amateur treatment service, much higher than the original quoted price. It's clear they are con artists disguised as a salon. My hair is now drier, more damaged, and lifeless because of their unprofessional and careless handling. Save yourself the trouble, money, and heartbreak--this place is an overpriced scam that will leave you regretting every second you spent there.

Me and my sister in law went for haircut and was hoping to take advantage of other services. My stylist Irfan, though junior, was super polite and accommodating. However, I'd like to make note that the front desk staff was sort of rude. They did not greet politely, when asked how long the wait was as we didn't have appointment, we were asked to simply sit. Upon asking for difference on various pedicure services, they weren't able to explain and was rather mocking. I highly recommended to hire more friendly front desk staff, specially when customers are paying high prices for over all quality service. Lastly, they should have informed us about the experienced hair stylists, I would have preferred senior vs a new stylist.

I always get my haircut and hair color done by Raj. He is a genius and takes care of all my requirements and gives me that perfect look for my hair that I am looking for. Highly recommended this place to anyone looking for a hair transformation. All artists here are truly professional.

Went for male haircut. Booked appointment with senior hairstylist name Raj. When I showed him what I want, he told that he can't do that and sent another person to me. I don't think so why he is called senior hairstylist then. For beard as well, no proper shape, no use of blade which was disgusting.why would I waste my money and time for what I could have done at my home. Zero customer service, zero satisfaction. Waste of money for males. Paid 900 rupees for which I got service of 200 rupees.
