I had an extremely disappointing experience with Kanchan and the salon. My mother and I booked a makeup and hair session for my brother's wedding, but it was nothing short of frustrating. The makeup barely lasted an hour, and despite having a hair loss problem, Kanchan did not offer any better solutions for my hair style or alternatives to make me feel more comfortable. She was rude, rushed, and focused only on the business side, lacking any courtesy or professionalism. She kept insisting there wasn't enough time or accessories available, which left me feeling disregarded and upset. Coming from a background where my mother ran a beauty parlour for over 10 years, I've never witnessed such poor treatment by my mother. On top of that, the prices were extremely high, and she charged me an additional 1000 INR for canceling my 2 appointments extra for no clear reason. Overall, the experience was awful, and I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Worst experience ever with Kanchan. This definately not an 4.5rating salon.

Best place in saundarya beuty salon kanchan di is one of the sweetest, most talented and passionate person I have met. The makeup she did for both myself and my bridesmaids was stunning. I have nothing but good things to say. She listens to what you desire, and really wants to make sure you are happy with the way you look on your special day. I am beyond happy & thank you kanchan di for being so wonderful.
