There is a lot of miscommunication within the staff. They make you wait a lot and then say a NO. They tell u come after an hour as though we work for them or under them. They are willing to make you struggle only because their staff is incompetent.

Worst ! Had a keratin treatment just before 3 weeks ago and my hair became rusty and in its original form within 2 weeks. Total wastage of money. Don't go for any hair treatment.

Very unprofessional service. Overcharged us for the services and very bad idea to go this place.

Very bad experience .. When I was there I don't feel like I'm in jawed habib salon.. I get worst haircut ever and they not do what we say. They trying on our hair to learn something new.. #discounforearnmoneyonly #

As soon as I entered their saloon the barber rudely told one of the helps that "abhi nahi hoga , appointment hai abhi nahi hoga" , first time and such a reception. The receptionist then put the same thing politely but this isn't the way to treat incoming xustomers !

Jawed Habib at valsad deserves negative stars if I can give. Totally unprofessional attitude of people who don't give appointment properly on phone and don't take customers on appointment also. Always ready with excuses to make you wait for an hour or more.

The worst hair cut ever... Road ni side par chair rakhine barber bese chhe ana karta pan kharab haircut kare chhe. I went there on the name of Jawed Habib but totally disappointed with the work. Very bad hair cut.
