Worst nail art . Dont have experts for nail art n ruin my nails n my cuticles

I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the recent experience I had at your salon, specifically with one of your nail artists. Despite being a loyal customer who has previously enjoyed your services, my recent encounter with this particular staff member was utterly unacceptable. During my visit, the nail artist in question displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and courtesy. Their remarks, such as "itna easy hai nail art krna toh me apko brush deti hu aap krlo" and "ma'am thoda jldi btao 8:30 se ek min zda me rukti nai hu aap lage kroge toh muje late hoga apke kaarn," were incredibly disrespectful and offensive. Furthermore, when I inquired about the possibility of a discount, the tone and manner in which it was refused were extremely rude and condescending. As a customer, I believe it is my right to ask for discounts, but the response I received was wholly inappropriate. As a customer, feeling valued and respected is paramount, and unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning whether I should continue patronizing your salon in the future. It is deeply concerning that a member of your staff would speak to customers in such a manner, especially considering my previous positive experiences at your salon. As a business that relies on customer satisfaction, it is imperative that all interactions with clients are conducted with respect and professionalism. I sincerely hope that you will take this feedback seriously and address the behavior of your nail artist. Failure to do so may result in the loss of loyal customers like myself.

It was too good service by Ruma Paira done nail art which was too creative and fabulous she is best in her work and was so good that people are asking me from which professionalist should you done the nail art.Thank you so much dear Ruma i m lucky to meet u ur work is soo elegant

They charge 800 for their basic pedicure which includes 2 mins of scrubbing and a shampoo for cleansing. Except the terrible service they don't even offer applying nail paint which is offered in any salon anywhere for much lesser price

Worst place to go for haicut. The staff is very inexperienced. The person who cut my hair messed it up so badly, it became very very short. After showing him the picture, the person still messed it up. The hair length is also not consistent. I HIGHLY regret going to this place. I can give better haircuts than their staff. Then after messing up the haur, he had the audacity to say "abb kya kar sakte hai, ho gaya toh ho gaya", and "vapas baal groe ho jaayenge". I don't know how do salons hire people who have no idea what they're doing. I repeat, DO NOT trust this plave with your hair. 100/10 do not recommend. Please don't make the mistake I made.

Facial and head massage done by ruma Very good behaviour with great hospitality and nature. This salon gives the best service in affordable and comfortable. It was good experience with Ruma and best service felt with no other salon.

Good facial, manicure, pedicure by Ruma. Services are good even by Salma. Too loud music and male staff uses mobile om loud volume, they don't stop using in spite of complaining.
