I've been getting my hair and makeup done from Kausha di and team since 3 years now and there's no going back I would recommend this place highly. Whenever I get ready from Kausha di, I always receive a lot of compliments so I would like everyone to go here and take services from here.

I was an engagement bride here. My overall experience was okay because the service I got from makeup artist and hair artist assigned to me. I felt that between those two ladies, there was no team work. I was late for my photo session because of their delay. The team work and quality work was not delivered because the owner of this salon is always out taking bigger orders. As there was no supervision, the service delivered was not well organized. The makeup artist and hair artist should learn how to understand the type of look client wants. If they can not understand, then they should contact client two three days before their special day, and ask reference to make it happen. Makeup artist was a beginner. She did not understand how to take feedback of client, and then revise the work. The hair artist was slower and sleepy, and she should had done it better. Also, the instagram profile that you see for this salon is maybe a work by senior most personnel. Not everyone holds the same level of skills, and therefore CAN NOT carry the look. Do not be fooled by this. Make sure who is giving you the service!

I visited lebeau for all my wedding makeups kausha and her team did fabulous job she made me more prettier and all service and staff is really good must visit very friendly and understanding

Unprofessional and Disappointing Service! I had the worst experience at this place, and I strongly urge others to avoid it. My relatives went here, and the staff treated them horribly, blaming them for issues that turned out to be the parlour's own mistake. To make matters worse, they gave false promises about lower charges but ended up demanding much higher amounts--everything was verbal, so there was no accountability. Advice: Get EVERYTHING in writing because this place is run by liars who will twist their words later. There are far better parlours out there, like Parul, where you'll be treated with respect and professionalism. Don't waste your time or money at this sham of a business.
