Hello This is to inform you that the current receptionist at ziba salon at kharga shopping complex is very unprofessional It's been 4 years since I am taking all the services from the salon The staff is good , since the time the new receptionist came She makes hell lot of *blunders* From 3 visits , me and my friend faced issues but we let it go . But yesterday it was too much for both of us ,we had our appointments for 1-hair do 2-hair wash 3-waxing 4-eyebrows & upper lips At 2:30 pm With Arun And at last moment around 1:30 she called my friend asking her to come which was not possible and also what she stated is that at 3:00pm Arun is going to the main branch and our appointment got cancelled.i mean what the hell do you think of. Everyone knows we all are from fauji background and we are bounded with time Me and my friend had to attend a party at 4 It was all ruined because What was our fault? And additional mood off because of all this drama Also what is the use of keeping an appointment????? Very very pathetic condition of the receptionist And very unprofessional

If you're ever at this place, get a head massage done and specifically ask for "Bijoy", and thank me later! Great service.
