Bellissima beauty lounge

I personally hated that beauty lounge bcoz they are offering some services on their card and showing like as best lounge but whenever i need to take any service of my card they are always denied to me and tell plz visit next day or next week We are not available and so many excuses Today 23rd march 2025 i called the owner Ms Tamanna Chhabra she also deny me to visit today but whn i told her that i called you more than 6-7times to book my appointment You were always denied for that Then she give me todays time of 5 pm I visit @5:30 pm to the salon she tells i m busy it will take Time upto 1 or more than one hour and tell me to wait I am totally disappointed from this Its totally wastage of money for me bcoz i used only one service from 12 Please i suggest to you all dont waste ur money and your valuable time at this lounge

Worst Parlour experience, The owner Tammana Chabbra is so rude and is not ready to listen to her customers. Service is the worst anyone can experience. Would have given a zero rating if possible. Terrible experience. I had purchased a service card/package from this parlour which included multiple services. The owner was shockingly rude. Instead of resolving the issue, she outright denied the services mentioned on the card, saying there were "changes in policy" -- which were never communicated. When I tried to reason with her and show proof of the package, she refused to acknowledge it and told me bluntly that if I wasn't happy, I could "go somewhere else and we are here to just make profits." Extremely unprofessional behavior. They're quick to take your money but vanish when it comes to delivering what was promised. Would not recommend this place to anyone. Dishonest and disrespectful.

One of the worst salons in Ambala. I would have given 0 star if it was allowed. They don't have any trained staff who are ill mannered. Whosoever is reading this comment please do yourself a favour and don't come to this salon and instead go to other well established salons like Haryana beauty parlour or beauty headquarters. Don't be fooled by the good commments, they all are their own people. Bellissima shouldn't have been opened in the first place but I reckon their closure is very near given the kind of behaviour they treat their customers with.

I had worst experience ever in my life.These guys sell their prepaid card ..and after this they switch off their appointment cell no. they behave as we r taking free services for which we had already paid...they also deny the conditions mentioned in the card...

I liked taking service from Bellissima. Everyone's nature is good and they use products of good brands. You should also go once and take service from them. The staff is also very good and we are also our own. Thank you . They have good experience at all. Really love it

A fantastic makeup artist, had a great experience.. I would definitely recommend to them who are looking for quality products and excellent service..Not only are you excellent at your job but I enjoyed meeting you..I loved how the makeup and hair turned out..

Makeup was completely not what I wanted. I felt like clown in it. It ruined my wedding day. Hairstyle was done great tho.
