I had a very disappointing experience with the owner 'Nitika' She took multiple bookings of party make-up for the same day and changed the time (which I booked a month ago) a day before and refused to do the makeup as I was late by half n hour. Her staff somehow managed to help me out. Thanks to Preeti but owner is rude and inconsiderate, I wouldn't rely on her word.

Had a very unpleasant experience. The staff was busy with their chit chat with each other or on calls. Talking on calls one or the other. Had conflicts to help. One of the nail machine was not working which i actually went for and had to get other thing done instead.Did 45 mins job in one and a half hours. They have hygiene issues as well. Don't recommend.

She is polite and sweet and very talented, but my waiting time for hair do was more than excess due to which I had to run at last moment and could not done my nails done and some touchups too, although time mentioned very before!! Thanks
