Worst service. All the staff members don't have exeperience. They don't know how to provide a better service to their customers according to their brand name. Saloon members are fresher and they practice their skills on customers. It's better to take services from local saloon rather than vlcc.

Hi ..I hve been a regular customer of vlcc since last 2yrs. .... But i dint get the satisfied services regarding the package I availed till date...neither the staff is co operative nor the Manager present there.My last visit was really annoying as I went for a facial. ..n the staff member started the procedure .....but after the scrub...she just vanished for an hour after applying a face pack on my face. As I enquired about her whereabouts ...her answer was really a shocker. .they went to hve lunch. I was waiting n waiting n waiting for only a facial. ...Ridiculous Manager never bothered to call me also after I went n spoke to her regarding the same.

Love to visit there , all staff are very nice and well mannerd . Services are also good . Denaibely reccomend everyone to visit here .
