Unfortunately, my experience at this salon was extremely disappointing. The staff was not only uncooperative but also displayed a poor and unprofessional attitude. During a very important event--the bride and groom's big day--the staff became argumentative and even got into a fight with them. I was there personally assisting the bride with her touch-up, outfit, and accessories, and also helping the groom get ready, along with one of the groom's friends. Shockingly, no staff members came forward to assist the couple at such a crucial moment. We ended up doing most of the work ourselves, which was completely unacceptable given that this was a paid professional service. To make matters worse, when we tried to express our concerns, the staff became defensive instead of resolving the issue politely. It felt like once they received full advance payment, they lost all sense of responsibility and professionalism. I strongly suggest that the management take this feedback seriously and consider providing proper training in customer service and event etiquette. Such behavior not only reflects poorly on the salon's reputation but also adds unnecessary stress to what should be a joyful occasion.
