I would like to bring to your attention my disappointing experience at KV Hair Game. They promised me a Brazilian Botox treatment for my hair, but instead, they performed a keratin treatment using a local product without informing me. Despite this, they still charged me the full amount for the Brazilian Botox treatment. Additionally, Miss Diksha, a staff member, misled me during the process and later manipulated me with excuses when I questioned the treatment. This kind of deceptive practice is unacceptable. I want to warn other customers to be cautious and always check the products being used. Transparency and honesty should be a priority in any service-based business. I would like to clarify a few points regarding my recent service at your salon. Firstly, the discount you applied was from your end, not something I requested. I have already paid service amount. If you offered a discount, does that mean you used a local product instead of the promised treatment? During our telephonic conversation, I specifically asked if the discount was due to any compromise in product quality, and you assured me that it was not. However, based on my experience, it seems otherwise. Please do not try to mislead me with excuses. I expect honesty and transparency in services, and I am highly disappointed with this experience.
