Does not even deserve one star. Most of the times ; this place has been a disappointment. The rates are super high and services are average. The receptionist (simran) does not know how to talk and is poor in managing all things. Despite of multiple confirmations of your appointment ; you will always get a disappointment. They do not value time of other person at all.

Worst experience. Nonsense staff Rude receptionist (simran) Zero quality Zero services I have booked an appointment for 3 people and confirmed the same for 5 times. And the moment i reach the salon we had to wait for 1 hour. This is the level of service they are providing. Very disappointing. Now 'simran' is making faces.

I had an amazing experience here at lakme , i have acne prone skin and i get their clean up from time to time and it works great , waxing doesn't hurt done by anjali , also the meni pedi dobe by randhir was one of the best services i have received till date. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM !!
