Very cooperative staff and well maintained. The staff has groomed and maintained themselves very well. Which makes a good impression on the customers. I am extremely happy with the service of the staff of the Pro Salon.

I have been a regular customer for basic services like upper lips and eye-brows. But today, the staff was not cooperative! I asked for basic service- upper lips. For this, I waited for atleast 10 minutes (that's not an issue as the staff was having lunch. I understand that) but unfortunately, the service was not upto the mark. I got a cut near my lips. Apart from this, on conveying the same to the staff, she told me ki 'apne loose rakha tha.' But the fact was she was in hurry and just wanted to wind it up! I hope that the manager should atleast look into it. I believe that if the rates are at par , the service and the behaviour of the staff should atleast be polite! However, the other staff members were highly polite but the lady who did the service needs to atleast be taught the basic manners.

The place looks good the interior looks good. They try to give you good service ,but their hair dressers are so in-experienced I just got a haircut today and I really regret going there.it looks really bad . It felt like the hair dresses just wanted to cut the hair asap and get rid of it.

Such an amazing experience at Pro Salon. Loved the experience here with hair styling. It is well maintained and hygienic, highly recommended if you're in Ambala

As the name suggests, this place is a pro at their job. Everyone right from Raj at reception to Usha the server, is so pleasant & always smiling. Aakash gives the most relaxing pedicures. Anu is very congenial & helpful. Vipin, i dont have words, magic in his hands & his head massage is simply the best. Good going !

Amazing experience, I went there for party makeup and the artist n hair stylist did her job very well. Really impressed by her work. Highly recommend.
