I recently visited Matrix Salon in Assand with my wife and her cousin, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. We had booked appointments for party makeup, haircuts, and styling, only to discover at the end of the day that all of our hair was burnt. The staff at the salon exhibited a shocking level of rudeness and carelessness throughout our visit. In my wife's case, they inexplicably subjected her to three head washes, each time apologizing and claiming the need to reset her hair. This left us frustrated and disheartened, especially when preparing for a significant event. The constant delays and lack of competence in hairstyling turned what should have been an enjoyable evening into a complete disaster. What's particularly distressing is the staff's apparent disregard for the customers' time and emotions. Instead of ensuring a positive experience, they seemed solely focused on appearances, leaving us with burnt hair and shattered expectations. We paid a substantial amount, 2000 rs, only to receive a subpar service that brought nothing but sadness and disappointment. I strongly advise anyone considering Matrix Salon to stay away. The inconvenience and emotional toll far outweigh any potential benefits. It's worth driving an extra 30-40 kilometers to find a salon that values its customers and provides quality service. Matrix Salon in Assand is a regrettable choice, and my wife, her cousin, and I would strongly discourage others from inviting the same misery we experienced.

A big no to PARTY MAKEUP. Yesterday for my sister's wedding i had made a big mistake by booking party Makeup with hairdo. So unprofessionell and nobody attends one person at a time ...more like Fishmarket. When one books for makeup...book a slot not just time but better do your make up yourself or from other parlour. They have ironed my hair so badly that i have to get my hair cut as they got burnt and smells so bad after 24 hrs also. We were 7 members, they have accepted our booking without any pressure but they don't have interest....it's all about money .And moreover Saree was draped by sweeper or cleaning lady...The busy people have no time and respect for the booking people.They are just a black spot on brandname Matrix. CAUTION: Please choose wisely if you don't want your mood to be spoiled on such big days.
