I'm feeling shattered they're so improfessional. She was just scratching my skin while waxing my hand and said ye to ho hii jaataa hai / Actually I used lotion and I forgot to tell her so she started doing it rigidly in anger. If you don't want to provide service then you clearly say no to clients. Pathetic experience everwon't go ever.

Pathetic experience I had. I forgot to tell her that I used lotion so she started waxing my hand rigidly in anger and I got injured and she said ye to ho hii jaataa hai. How immoral they are! If you don't have skills why are you hurting and wasting our time, money and peace

Not even worth a single star. Worst experience.... Went there for prebridal and bridal makeup...they took 11000 in advance and after 2 prebridal facials (which caused pigmentation over my skin), turned there back. Did not do further settings on time and at last cancelled our booking at last moment... Moreover the owner is highly unprofessional and abusive... despite taking half payment in advance she created a scene at last moment and refused to do further settings....similar complaints have been experienced by many of my relatives which I came to know when I discussed my experience with them. I highly recommend not to ruin your occassions with such staff.

I really love thier work wanna suggest everyone to go over there and experience there skillfull work the product used by them are of superb quality as my skin is too sensitive after using their products I didn't y any skin problem so their products is good for skin thanks to all L'Oreal professionals

Asked for slight trim but cut my haris a lot n not at all professionals hated it
