recently visited Bu natural Salon at World Street, Faridabad, and had an exceptional experience, attention to detail, and expertise made my visit truly outstanding. I was comfortable throughout the process. The salon itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a relaxing ambiance. The staff is polite and attentive, adding to the overall experience. I highly recommend bu natural saloon looking for excellent service

I took hair smoothning service from there, and according to the offer they commit the charges were 1999and shampoo + mask free but they didn't gave me the shampoo and mask and made foolish excuses, they just wanted to sale their products and motives from the advertisement on Insta is to call people and sale other service which is more expensive. And if you don't agree with the service they offer they will say ma'am smoothning se result sahi nhi aayega, dryness hogi. They just try to convince people for the expensive treatments and sale their products. Not recommend at all.

i have booked, skin treatment for my husband and for me when I reach to me Salon.they told this offer valid for for female.not for male.we booked facial treatment for both. when I ask him, this is a unisex. Salon he told me yes. when I ask you why are you not doing it then he told me that the staff is not available. That's why we are not doing. The staff is very rude. They just making fool of the customer. Nothing else. earlier he said that we don't for male. This is offer valid for ladies only.

WORST EXPERIENCE! 1) hair color + nanoplastia on 05 july 2024 Bad hair color patches, costed me total of 3500 ( 2500 color+ 1000 Blonder) hidden charges. Color turned out faded plus patches + grey hair also NOT COVERED. Nanoplastia was not done properly by Mr. Shankar and Mr. Manav...hair were BURNT ( middle to tips ) 2) Revisited on 09 july 2024 Colour touch up was done. Nanoplastia again done by same person Mr. Shankar and blamed me that I didn't use their shampoo which u only find in their salon otherwise not available anywhere. Upon Asking which brand nanoplastia they used, they made excuses, product was not shown . Mr. Asif who was their manager of Salon said you have not used our product that's why the result of nanoplastia treatment was unsuccessful. Zero training to staff, NO CERTIFICATE OF PROFESSIONALISM was shown to me, they only charge you as much as possible, they make u buy their own shampoo. DISAPPOINTED AND FEELING SAD for my healthy hair. Overall, no Refund was issued and a total bill of 6500 was taken from me. Negative rating to BE u Salon Faridabad branch, they used CHEAP PRODUCTS , they LOOT you. Never going for any hair service again to them.

I used your facial services in Faridabad branch world Street today for only Rs 49. And I am sorry to say that it's completely worthless. The attitude of the beautician is very rude. Before that I used to visit for deep conditioning. That service was done by on male person. In Jan 2024 and more. That was the ultimate good service. But now it's completely worthless. 0 Rating. Guys pls do not avail their services.

This new salon in Faridabad is very good. I really recommend everyone please do visit , mr Asif khan suggest me for botox service n i am really satisfied with the treatment. Mr deepak is also very good in service provider.

Got really good care for skin and done cleanup and detan from Deepak.. will visit soon Very professional

before 2 weeks were visited to be u natural saloon omaxe world street faridabad for smoothening purpose. m not satisfied and very disappointing. after one wash curls started my hairs. infact my hairs totally dull.
