Big Boss 31 Unisex Salon

My experience was a good one with Big Boss. I went for the first time there and the staff is very polite n humble.

I went here for underarm wax. Even though I found it a little expensive (Rs150 for underarms) I went again because the lady was real good with her technique. Next time I went for full arms and full legs. She was quick and did a good job. Full arm and legs cost Rs 1250 Third time I also tried threading. Another lady did my brows. She was good too. But this time the brow lady did the wax and wasnt that good. threading cost Rs 50 Going to this salo, gives you the vibe that the ladies hate to see you. Like you have increased their workload and they just want you gone. The salon is neat and clean. Even the wax machine is clean which is not usually the case. Full marks on that The women section is in the basement and thus no wheelchair accessibility

I came here to ready for my engagement, they took 5 hrs, to make me ready with a high cost, even after this, the result was very poor quality. Simple hair & beard was not set properly I got no good reviews form anyone, all of them said, " kuch karwaya nhi hai kya"

I am writing this review to draw your attention towards, such unprofessional behavior by the staff, The staff cannot understand your requirements, and at the end they blame you for the miscommunication of their staff. I went fpr split end removal and trimming, in the begning mientioned about both the services to the soo called manager, for which i was told an amout of Rs.600 will be charged. I asked for certain discounts to which she agreed for Rs. 500. I asked to the service, 10 mins later the same managers comes and informs that the staff providing me service will have to do a headwash for some other client leaving my work in between, i stilll did not say anything even when this was not informed to me before starting the service, I still agreed for the same, the guy left my hair do in between and was engaged with the other client for atleast 35 to 40 mins doing hair wash and hair dry for the other client. I waited , they completed my service, i was running late, on being asked for the bill the same manager started retelating saying that i did not mention about the hair trim earlier. Petietic how can u pove your customer a lier just for few 100 or 1000 bugs . I have been a regular customer for this salon, but with this episode, i will neber ever walk into this salon for any service.

This place has an ambience that an elite requires. Styling and recommendations are unbiased and you will be satisfied with performance and outcome.

One of the guy works here name jeetu. I recommend to avail his services. His skills and understanding of face cut is amazing. Thank you always jeetu bhai

Salon is good & price is decent depending on the services you take.
