I wanted to straighten my hair permanently before returning back to Australia. I booked in advance and Nirmala was very professional and knowledgeable about the process and seemed to have lot of experience. The salon is clean and hygienic and they seemed to have lot of regular customers , the price is on the higher end of the spectrum when you compare other salons but I would say the standard is very high compared to others, service is mind blowing, overall I loved shashi's hairspa & would love to visit again. The owner is like my daughter, very sweet & kind .
