Hair Masters Luxury Salon

Visited hair masters Faridabad, it was all empty, see pic. The receptionist asks me if I've taken an appointment or not, I said No because it was my first visit there. Then she asked someone who denied taking the request for hair cut by citing he was busy but he was sitting idle there, and then randomly someone was alloted who was under training... they wanted to experiment his training on my service. Pathetic. It was nothing more than a bigger version of a local street side salon based on my interaction with the receptionist and the guy who had denied the request. In the entire salon there were only 2 customers at that time and it was all empty. They just don't want to work.

I got my hair colour done by Shivam in January 2025 and I had also left a good review about my experience on that day. But unfortunately what appeared to be good back then, turned out to be my biggest mistake as they have damaged my hair so bad. My hair looks burnt and totally damaged and because of all this, getting my hair tangled free is a lot of effort. I had gotten hair colours previously (not from HM) but my never got this damaged. It looks lifeless and I think the only solution for me is to chop of my hair as the damage is so much that even a lot of hair spas and every week of olaplex at home hasn't been able to save my hair ever since. I really feel like taking an action against them. Please save your hair from the damage this place is gonna give your hair.

I recently visited Hairmasters, the service I recieved was amazing. My stylist understood my concerns and guided me throughout about the hair colour and my haircut.The massage during hairwash was quite relaxing. Overall, I'm quite impressed with their services and I would recommend this place to all those who wanna get their hair done.
