I recently got a haircut at [Krasiva - hair stylist: Ayaan ] and I have to say -- I'm pretty happy with the results! The stylist was super friendly and really took the time to ask what I wanted before getting started. I showed a couple of inspo pics, and they actually listened (which is rare sometimes). The cut itself was clean, fresh, and exactly the length I asked for .The blend and fade were on point, and they styled it nicely at the end too. The place was clean, the vibe was chill, and the price felt fair for the quality. Definitely would go back!

I've been a loyal customer at this salon for four years, along with my entire family, because we appreciated their work and professionalism. However, recent experiences have left me deeply disappointed. The first time I booked a hairstyle and makeup package, I specifically requested Katie, a staff member I trust. She did an amazing job, and I was thrilled with the results. This service was completed in the salon. For a subsequent off-site event, I again requested Katie on December 20th. Despite follow-ups, including my mother visiting the salon on December 25th, I received no confirmation until I called on December 26th. The owner insisted on sending a different makeup artist, citing her 12 years of experience. Unfortunately, the result was unsatisfactory; the makeup did not match my skin tone and appeared cakey, leaving me unhappy with my appearance in photos. On another occasion, I spent nine hours at the salon for multiple services but could only complete hair coloring, nails, and threading due to overbooking and understaffing. These experiences have led to a decline in the quality of service and professionalism that initially attracted me to this salon. Regrettably, I no longer feel confident returning. (P.S. - I had given a 5 star review here a year back but now I have no choice but to change it.)
