I'm deeply disappointed with the recent experiences at this salon. It has clearly lost the integrity, consistency, and standard it once had. There is a clear mismatch between what is displayed and what is delivered--premium products are shown on the shelves, but during services, local and substandard products are used without any transparency or prior customer consent. This is extremely misleading and unacceptable. The quality of service has deteriorated sharply. Skin experts no longer have the same professionalism or skill, and the overall service feels rushed and careless. The front desk appears indifferent to customer feedback and seems powerless when it comes to managing staff or resolving concerns. It's disheartening to see such a casual approach to customer satisfaction. Most concerning is the unprofessional attitude of one of the hair experts, who now seems to act like the owner. His dominance and lack of respect for customer opinions are unsettling. It's as though the front desk is under his command, and everyone else is expected to follow his lead without question. This kind of behavior creates a toxic and uncomfortable environment for customers. Even the makeup services, which were once a strength, have now dropped in quality. The entire experience feels negative now, and I no longer feel welcomed or valued. If Lakme, as a brand, cannot ensure quality control and professionalism at this outlet, I strongly believe it's time for serious intervention--or consider shutting down this branch before it affects the brand's reputation further.
