I got my nails done for the first time and service provider was Neha, who actually did a great job and i am really loving my nails, it feels like something good has changed in my look. Would definitely recommend to use their services. Looking forward to get more services from you soon.

I visited this salon for a hair spa, but was quite disappointed. Despite being a well-known brand, the hair spa was done by a makeup artist who clearly lacked proper training in hair care. They don't have a dedicated hair specialist, and when asked, they simply said the person is an 'all-rounder.' In reputable salons, each service is handled by trained specialists but unfortunately, that's not the case here. I wouldn't recommend this salon based on my experience.

Terrible Experience at Looks Salon - Please Read Before You Book This was my second visit to this particular Looks Salon branch, and unfortunately, it turned out to be even more disappointing than the first. I had previously experienced unprofessional service, but the manager had personally apologized and promised a better experience next time. Six months later, I returned, reassured by a WhatsApp confirmation that they were offering a flat 40% discount. Even the receptionist confirmed this upon arrival. Despite these reassurances, my visit was a complete disaster: * The hair wash was done by an ex-specialist and was fine, but what followed was shocking. * The blow-dry was done by someone who didn't seem professionally trained--perhaps not even a salon staff member. This lack of professionalism was glaring. * The hair specialist, Nakul (who claims 12 years of experience), seemed completely distracted and disinterested. He kept engaging with the store manager rather than focusing on my haircut. * Midway through my haircut, he abandoned me for another client who was availing higher-value services. He left the blow-dry and finishing to a third person, which was utterly unprofessional. * When I pointed out that my haircut looked uneven and incomplete, they insisted it would look fine after blow-drying. It didn't. It was completely botched. * Nakul returned and gave a half-hearted apology and tried to fix it, but the damage was done. The cut cannot be undone, and now I'll have to wait months to grow my hair back and get it fixed by a truly professional salon. To add to the frustration, the flat 40% discount I was promised on WhatsApp and again by the receptionist was denied at billing. Suddenly, I was told it was only "up to 40%"--never a flat discount. The receptionist then said, "Since you had a bad experience, I'll offer you 30% (20% regular + 10% extra)." She failed to honour her original confirmation, which felt dishonest and manipulative. And to top it all off, she had the audacity to ask me not to leave a bad review on Google, openly admitting that they knew I had a bad experience. Despite their marketing and false promises, the service at this salon is unreliable, unprofessional, and careless. Their so-called discount offers are just a gimmick to attract footfall. They don't value regular clients and clearly prioritize those paying for expensive treatments. I strongly urge others NOT to visit this Looks Salon. Save yourself the disappointment and the damage. If you still decide to go, make sure to get all communication and offers in writing and hold them accountable. I have already informed my friends and family and will be posting this across platforms. Your hair deserves better.

Horrible experience! Extremely unprofessional staff without any product knowledge whatsoever. For the facial, I was told that it will take 45 mins while in reality it took 2 hours. The staff didn't even bother much to explain. Apparently customer's time had no value. Upon asking which facial would suit my skin, the staff had no clue whatsoever. She didn't even know which products are there in the catalogue, leave apart suggesting me something based on my need. Before starting my facial I confirmed with the staff if this service will include peel off mask, to which the staff had no clue what's included and what's not. When the manager, Vaishali, came to me, even she was confused. I had to literally point out on the catalogue to the peel off mask that I was referring to. And then she foolishly accepted that yes peel off mask is included. Then this staff promised me that if I take the Laamis facial (higher end product), I will get a peel off mask of the same brand. However, when my service was over, I saw Naturliv peel off mask packet lying on the table. Upon asking, the lady said that it is the leftover product of the service done to someone prior to me however the table was clean while I had come in the room at the time of my service. Upon confronting, the manager, Vaishali, came and said that in Laamis terminology, the sheet mask is called peel off mask. So even if I have got Naturliv peel off mask, it is a favour on me. She had no clue what a peel off mask is, which is shocking considering she manages a salon. Instead of accepting their staff's mistake and apologising to me, Vaishali was continuously trying to defend by lying to me over and over even when I proved her wrong. Do you folks really think that the customer is so dumb that you can fool them with a sheet mask in the name of peel off mask? I genuinely don't feel anyone should spend their hard earned money on this salon packed with a bunch of untrained staff. I have been to local salons with much better service and highly trained and polite staff.

I received a good facial by Zeenat and would definitely recommend it. I've taken services in the past from this premise and have had a comfortable experience.
