Came here for non bleach hair highlights l. Had an amazing experience. I wanted something sublte , warm and non bleach. The Hair stylist Bobby and Ayush were helpful in explaining the colors that would suite my hair and did an excellent job in giving the best results. I would highly recommend Bobby for your hair highlights.

Manish is an amazing hair stylist, I have been coming to him from past 3-4 years now at looks salon and every single time fully satisfied with the haircut and hairspa. It was a very disappointing experience. I had an appointment, but in the race to earn more money, this place has clearly lost sight of customer service. I was kept waiting from 6:30 PM for a pedicure, and no one showed up even by 8:00 PM. The receptionist kept giving me excuses, saying they were overloaded with customers, but offered no real solution. Instead, she kept arguing with me. It's clear--if a salon doesn't value its customers, I won't be valuing them either. I'm removing this place from my list for future services. Wishing "You Looks" all the best--hope you take this as a chance to improve.

Had a fabulous experience. I got hair Botox done and my stylist, Bobbi did a fantastic job. He was very thorough, professional and I overall had a great experience. 10/10 recommend!

Pathetic experience. They booked my appointment for 10 AM today. I reached there at 10:01Am sharp. There was no one at the reception. The reception was at downstairs Then receptionist came and told me that the staff will come in some time and I need to wait. I waited for around 20 more minutes and no one came. What's the point of taking appointment and spending so much money when you need to wait for 20 mins. Then receptionist again went to down stairs. Then I went to getanjali saloon near by situated. No professionalism at looks. Bad saloon. Bad people.
