I wish I could give this place zero stars. We traveled a long distance for hair smoothing and straightening based on their high ratings, but now we realize those ratings are misleading as they pressure customers to leave reviews. Asked us to that as well They talk sweetly, making you feel confident, but the reality is shocking--our hair wasn't changed and was actually burned! We had the same treatment last year at a different salon, and the results were amazing--shiny, smooth, and healthy. Here, it feels like nothing was done. After waiting a month for improvement, our hair kept breaking. Now, as I write this review, there are chunks of hair on my bed. Today, a professional hairstylist confirmed our hair is severely damaged and burned beyond repair. She said we'll have to wait for new hair to grow out because nothing else can fix it. We wasted our money and wish we could get it back. Last we had in 3k from different salon here also paid 3k If the owner is reading this, I can show how our hair looked after the last treatment, as I have old pictures. This place is a disaster for hair treatments. Do not trust the ratings--your hair is too valuable to take the risk!
