Perfect9 At Home Salon

The beautician seemed to be in a hurry. She applied the mask without asking me to change clothes first, and only asked after applying it, which made it difficult to remove my kurta. See my Kurta in pic with mask stain, how I removed it only I know. They also didn't offer me a disposable gown. The waxing service was poor, and she didn't wipe my face after applying the detan mask--she just asked me to wash it myself. One more thing, the detan mask was for face and neck but she applied only on face. After the waxing, she asked me to wash my body instead of wiping it or applying any post-waxing gel. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing. I won't be using Perfect9's services again.

My mother used to go out for salons for this, but because of some health issues she was not able to go, so I got to know about this from my friend, and I tried it, also my mother was saying no, because why to call someone unknown in home, but then she said yes, they are so good & make person comfortable & the service is super amazing! Worst service provider...ruined my all over highlights worth rs. 3000 while doing hair color touchup...and gave an excuse that hair color touch up covers the highlights. If this is the case then why would someone get the highlights worth so much if they will be covered within a month? On top of it, they gave 600rs worth services as goodwill gesture that was rejected by me and now they are saying that it was a compensation against my complaint. Who does like this? Complete unprofessional behavior
