Shades by Saloni Salon Academy Bridal house

I had a really frustrating experience at your salon. The owner saloni was not only impatient but also spoke to me in a very rude manner. I tried to give constructive feedback, but it felt like she completely dismissed my concerns. This kind of attitude is unacceptable in a service-oriented business, and it made me feel unvalued as a customer. I hope you take this seriously and work on improving your customer service.

The owner Saloni talks to her customers very rudely. If a customer gives any negative feedback about her work, she cannot tolerate it and instead yells at the customer. She does not accept her mistakes and she is very arrogant. The overall experience at the salon was disappointing. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming, and I expected better customer service. I hope the owner can be more open to feedback and improve her approach."

I can't explain about my expereice of my bridal , pre bridal and my hair chemical services taken at shades by saloni They are just funtastic towards crients services , I enjoyed my sitting of pre bridal with Jyoti Rana , thanks Ravi Chauhan for wonderful colouring .. Owner itself is very humble and kind with all the clients . Thanks Team shades
