The Glamorous Neha

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this place. The staff is untrained and seemingly lacks any professional qualifications. I went there to get my acrylic nails removed, and the girl was literally pulling at my nails, even after I repeatedly told her it was painful. She ended up damaging my natural nails in the process. Despite calling the owner twice to address the issue, she didn't bother to come and check or offer any assistance. The place is also unhygienic, and the girl was extremely rude, refusing to even apologize for the damage and discomfort she caused. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service!
