BEWARE! Worst Experience Ever - Ruined My Entire Engagement Day If I could give NEGATIVE STARS, I would! I trusted this salon for one of the most important days of my life--my engagement--and they completely ruined it. I paid nearly Rs. 4000 for just a facial, touch-up, and hair styling (no haircut), and what I got in return was a total disaster. My face looked dull and lifeless, not even close to how a bride-to-be should look. To make matters worse, they let an untrained, clueless staff member do my makeup. What they call "HD Makeup" was nothing but layers of heavy, cakey mess. It was so bad that another staff member had to step in and "fix" it--only for the makeup to crack and patch up within 20 minutes. I ended up washing my face completely just before the function, which made things even worse. Imagine the horror of looking at your engagement photos and feeling regret instead of joy. That's what I live with now. This place is a complete letdown. Absolutely NO professionalism, NO skill, and NO accountability. If you care about your big day, STAY AWAY from here. I wouldn't recommend this salon to my worst enemy.

Akasha was the hair stylist who served me awsum service and this was my first visit to this salon. So impress with all the staff , well trained staff. Special thanks to Aakash will recommend this salon to all my friends and relatives.

Asked for a balayage in blonde to further use as pre lightened base. But there are gaps and uneven application of the bleach. Hair fall is also there. The hair will not pick up any other color. My mother got smoothening done the hair was very vert rough and dry in less than a month. Hair fall is also there.

I have done keratin treatment on 3rd Feb and today I had my wash at salon itself and the photos are the result, which I am not satisfied. However the staff are well behaved and are professional.

Very good, professional & co-operative team. Aakash is great, quick to understand the request and go to person. Took my daughters & niece for hair wash, dry. Lovely & quick service.
