Veenu Beauty Parlour/ Veenu's Professional ladies salon and makeup studio and academy

I am absolutely disappointed and furious with the service at this parlor. They ruined my eyebrows for a special occasion, and the shape was completely off--nothing like what I asked for. Instead of admitting their mistake, the staff gave me weak justifications and made no attempt to fix the disaster they created. To top it off, they had the nerve to charge me the full amount despite the horrible result. This level of unprofessionalism is beyond unacceptable, and I walked out feeling worse than when I came in. I'll never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this place.

The place is nice and you can get almost every beauty related services here. I got Rebonding done on my hair and my experience was nice. The staff is good and the ambiance is also pleasant.

Very Bad Customer service Unprofessional work Initially the price was fixed for the makeup and hairstyle over a phone but when they finished doing hair style they told that they will charge double the price all of the sudden. Never recommended this place to anyone

Such a bad service. They did such a bad haircut even after explaining every detail still they cut my hair according to their wish.Highly disappointed

Worst service, untrained people, no knowledge of makeup, not having sense to talk or how to deal with your customer's. Also fraud. I have selected rs.2000 makeup but she do my 2500 which is absolutely worst. She also abuse me about this And don't provide me lashes and hairstyle. She is using lipstick of swiss beauty worth 250 for their 5000 rs and 2500rs makeup. I don't recommend anyone to avail their services. Charges is very high and the service is very worst. Don't waste your money to select this.

Worst services i have ever experienced I find it disgusting that the staff are cluelessly uneducated . No one is responsible for their staff mistake. their staff only force you to take additional services why you don't take this service why you don't purchase this product from our shop they only pressurized to purchase new services & products . They only focus on money not on their services . At this rate I intend on never visiting this again and will discourage anyone I have never been so badly treated representatives in my life.

Wotheless wastage of time and money,unprofessional staff and poor service,I have done bridal makeup and the hairstyle done by veenu that was very bad hairstyle,on my special day,they have so much attitude,. Bkwas bkwas bkwas. Unchi dukan fika pakwan. maine wedding day pe visit kia or kehte hai ki madam h nh abhi aap wait kro. Means amount to advance lena hai and kam k time wait kro.idiots
