Very bad, i got nail extensions done from here twice both the times it didn't sustained i hit dine from here because it was cheap and nearby to my house. First time was my 1st experience and I didn't bothered when it didn't sustained approx 2-3 weeks it was ok. After that for occasions i chosen other parlours. But this time it's such a ridiculous experience because meanwhile i got extensions done 7th time i knew complete process. I reminded the parlour guy that Bhaiya uv me rakho, please theek se lagao n ge kept in cutting me k sab theek h mam tension mat lo i reminded bhaiya nikal jaega bcz the way he was putting was not correct. He even unshaped a nail n after sating he said kuch ni ho skta. Those nails did not sustained even for a week and when I complained he told me free me ni hoga paise lagenge waise bhi kam b karwaya. Just to confirm that was his price undiscounted so he didn't favored but acted as if he did. He was in attitude not even was sorry was the damage ir bad service. Last time the hair treatment botox was also not so good and was completely different from what committed and damaged my hair totally but they gave excuse. I have attached all the proofs so that other people know about their actual service. ONE MORE THING THE GOOD REVIEWS RHEY GET IT FILLED BY THEMSELVES JUST AFTER THE SERVICE DONE FOR THE FIRST TIME SO THATS THE STRATEGY BECAUSE MOST OF THE CUSTOMERS DOESN'T TAKE THEIR SERVICE AND DONT REVIEW THEM. Overall relaxing experience, Sushil Ji did an excellent job with my hair spa and trim--his expertise really shows & the head massage was spot on by another staff, great technique and pressure. I'd come back just for the head massage alone. Bharti gave me a wonderful mani-pedi paying extra attention to my cracked heel skin. Both were professional, friendly, and made the experience truly relaxing. Great service and attention to detail--I'll definitely be back!

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this nail salon. First off, the staff was incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment I walked in. I felt completely unwelcome and uncomfortable. Not only was the service rude, but the nail extensions I got were poorly done. The nails were uneven, and the shape was completely off. It honestly looked like they rushed through the job without any care or skill. I won't be coming back, and I definitely don't recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience all around!

I had a terrible experience at this nail salon. Not only was the service slow and poorly done, but the employee was also incredibly rude. They didn't greet me when I arrived and seemed annoyed when I asked for clarification on the nail styles I wanted. Throughout the appointment, I felt uncomfortable with their condescending attitude. To top it off, my nails look uneven and rushed. Definitely won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone!
