I had a very good experience here. I was looking to switch up my hairstyle and Aman did a great job with both the cut and highlights. I wanted a warm brown colour and was advised on the perfect shade. Very happy with the final look! Rani gave me a great facial. The massage was excellent.

Dont ever go here!! Worst salon ever. My hair looked better before cutting. Cut my hair in literally 5 mins and did not even blowdry and took the full money. Untrained staff. Whoever the owner is needs to keep their staff in check.

Very bad experience 2nd time. After a very bad experience with the services last year, I tried to give another chance. But to my surprise nothing has improved but gone worse. Me and my son requested specific simple haircut and they turns us into fools. Lady on reception kept listening to complaint and as usual didn't even react. She only reacts when she has to up sell something. Overall very bad experience. Choose from other salon opened in secto46.

I recently booked an appointment with a nail artist for a nail art design, hoping for a creative and professional outcome. However, I was quite disappointed with the quality of her work. The design did not match what I had requested, and the application was sloppy, lacking the finesse I expected. After my experience, I reported my concerns to the manager, hoping to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, he was unhelpful and dismissed my request to change the nail art. It was frustrating to feel that my concerns were not taken seriously. Given this experience, I strongly advise others to think twice before booking their services. It seems that their customer service and quality control do not meet acceptable standards.

Worst grooming experience. Went for a facial, didn't like the service. The steamer was not working, they gave me the steam in the most unhygienic way. Lot of mosquitoes in the service room. Would like to say please don't go there

Pathetic service. I have asked for a layers haircut..what their hair dresser did is made all my hair short and equal and the flick that i asked him to cut was the only layer that I can see in my hair..And more to it the person is not ready to accept his mistake. Very bad experience, if you love your hair..never go to this place..Pathetic experience.

Worst experience and staff I have ever come across in a salon. They do not have trained staff. The threading leaves you with all cuts and nailextensions with broken nails. i went for threading, nail extensions and hair spa. I asked them to do my hair spa first since I had my own function on the very next day. They insisted to get my nails done first, to which I agreed. They assured gel nail extensions would take only 1 hour- the time got extended to almost 3.5 hours, and despite various complaints, no one was ready to listen. The guy which they have appointed for nail extensions is not even a professional. He had zero knowloedge about it. He gave me the worst nails one can ever think of. Not only that, the nails started coming off as well from next day onwards. The owner after wasting my 3.5 hours, and leaving me without hair spa since it was time to close the salon, had the audacity to tell me you should have stopped us, and was rude enough. The guy also denied that I didnot ask him to do it properly.
