Worst experience, we go to salon to pamper us and feel better. I asked to have butterfly haircut and mentioned strictly not to do feathers. And exactly feathers is done, it's soo disappointed when attention to customers requirement and emotion isn't made. He just cut my hairs in 5 minutes, I have had hair cuts befor, This was the worst experience in a salon. Layers aren't even visible in my hairs. For this kind of customer experience a single rupee shouldn't be paid.

I have been coming here from a long time. My friend suggested me and everyone i get my hair dyed from Ali bhaiya. He is a professional and running their multiple chain of salons all over gurugram for 20 years now. He is the professional you are seeking.

Absolutely zero hygiene and cleanliness. Even after you keep on saying it. Plus the worst service. Will lie about prices and then afterwards will say we told you. Moreover they don't know how to provide a service. Applied Detan pack on lips and eyes. My eyes started burning. And my mouth was filled with that chemical loaded pack. Without removing the detan pack applied scrub and started scrubbing. Absolutely no change felt before and after. And then the removal is also not done properly, removed the pack+scrub with a used napkin. With the same napkin cleaned the face, hands, removed the blackheads, cleaned the blackheads removal tool everything. Also, they keep used tissues inside the fresh tissues pack. Didn't even dust the face clean after eyebrows were done. And cleaned the dirty mirror with the towel used to clean people's face. Feeling disgusted! Never going back again!! Worst service that too in these times where people know even basic skincare. Even after this paid full for their disgusting service.

Worsts experience they burnt my underarms very badly and they are not even solving this issue. They ll be like madam thik hojaega oil lgao, is this for real? Its my skin my armpit that is burnt.
