Not a good experience. There was only one technician and it was very evident that he had no idea what he was doing. I regularly get nail extensions done so I know the process but I literally had to ask him to file my nails properly and then he asked me to put my dry nails under UV. He pushed my cuticles back AFTER the entire process was done. The pictures clearly show that the filling isn't done properly and the surface of all my nails is uneven. During the entire process the technician was completely clueless, I had to guide him constantly and I just wanted to get out of there asap because I had long realised into the process that I was up for a terrible result. Your store is nice but you really need to train your staff.
