BBLUNT | Best Unisex Salon near DLF Phase 1 | Gurugram

I recently visited BBLUNT in Gurgaon for a haircut with one of their senior stylists, who is known to be among the best. I also opted for a treatment, which I was really looking forward to. Unfortunately, my experience took a disappointing turn due to an unexpected power outage during my appointment. While I remained calm and patient throughout the delay, my visible frustration was acknowledged by the staff. When I inquired again about the situation, they informed me that the electricity would take some time to return. I ultimately decided to leave and run errands, as I couldn't keep waiting and mentioned that I will just come later to the hair stylist. The worst part? The lady ( I think the centre head) offered me a "complimentary" hair wash and blow dry to make up for the inconvenience. But when I returned for the blow dry and asked when can I use the complimentary service I was met with the ridiculous response that the complimentary service was only valid if I had left without the original treatment. Are you kidding me? How is that even remotely complimentary? I paid for that service which you couldn't provide on time and on top of that it was not only time consuming but I had to come back spending money on cabs and to top it off, my sister said my hair looked better in the morning! This has been an infuriating experience, and I will NEVER return to BBLUNT Gurgaon. I will do myself a favor and find a salon that actually values its customers!

*Disappointing Experience at B Blunt Salon* I recently visited B Blunt salon for a haircut with one of their advanced stylists, and unfortunately, my experience was subpar. Despite the salon's reputation and the stylist's supposed expertise, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated with the poor service. *Haircut Issues:* - The stylist failed to understand my requirements, despite my clear explanations and references. - The haircut was uneven, with noticeable differences in length and layering. - The stylist seemed rushed, taking shortcuts and not paying attention to detail. - The finished look was not what I had asked for, and I was not given the opportunity to provide feedback or make adjustments. *Service Issues:* - The stylist was not attentive or communicative throughout the process.

It's a scam! They are charging as per their wish. I had called them earlier, was quoted a price and a promise of some discount but they are just looting their customers. Please be very wary of this outlet.My density of hair was cited as reason for the price hike! Just pathetic, you can obviously have mark ups but not this daylight robbery.

Got haircut by MD , no doubt he is very good at his work, i have been going to alist saloon for my hair related services but by far got best hair cut done. He understood my requirements and gave me great change and great inputs . MD you are now my goto person

Recently had a haircut. It turned out to be exact same as my Pinterest inspo. The staff was extreme polite. Will definitely visit again for other services. Highly recommend.

I had my haircut from MD after seeing Google reviews. Firstly as a person I would like to compliment is that he was dedicatedly observing and patiently monitoring the haircut. Despite him having muscle tear on his hand. Then about haircut, I am quite happy with it. It was a good 1st experience with Bblunt.

I am posting this review close to 6-7months after getting my hair colored from this salon. Me and my boyfriend both got a hair colored at the salon and we wanted to get ash grey. we were very particular about not having a lot of damage and the hairstylist recommended us to do Ola Plex along with it. We went ahead by the recommendation and went in for the session. After the session, it was dark at night I was not able to see my hair, but I could feel some damage. I had to leave from Gurgaon the next day so I couldn't go back to them and tell them that my hair is damaged but until the date which is seven months after I still regret this decision. My hair is the most unhealthy it has been. I have gone through multiple Oalex treatments and I'm still facing a lot of issues with my hair. It is very brittle I have started losing it. So over seven months after getting my hair dye at this place I'm still fixing the consequences very unhappy with the service very unhappy with the outcome and I would not recommend anybody in their sane mind to go here. Let me be very clear. We paid close to 18k for the service including my boyfriend Hair Color. Waste of time waste of money, waste of energy and a huge regret.Only reason why I am posting this is because I don't want anybody else to go to the same thing I am still going through with my hair.

I did write a negative review previously as just on the day of the haircut I didn't seem to like it much. Context: I had curly hair and the length took a bit of time to adjust. But in a matter or few days, I realised it's a good change. I highly recommend the salon, the staff, and their service. I will trust them going forward for most of my hair services now.
