Beauty Lounge, Unisex Salon

I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to this salon. I clearly communicated that I only wanted a light trim, but the stylist cut my hair far too short and gave me a style that looks nothing like what I asked for. It's frustrating to trust a professional with your hair and walk out feeling like your instructions were completely ignored. The cut I received is not flattering, uneven in places, and overall poorly executed. I now have to wait weeks--if not months--for my hair to grow back to something manageable. This experience has left me feeling embarrassed and upset. I won't be returning, and I would not recommend this place to anyone who values clear communication and skilled work.

5/5 service. Budget friendly. I did hair spa and they provided with massage also that too very relaxing. Staff is very polite. Top notch service. I do recommend beauty lounge salon. Loved it. Just give it a try.

It's my go to place for haircut and for additional treatments. The employees are also so sweet and humble. Each time I visit here they give a big smil on my face by providing such superb experience and services.

Very bad experience. I have been frequenting this parlour for 4Y but one Ms. Pooja cut my hair too short and shabbily contrary to my instructions of cutting it below my shoulder and also showing a reference video. Pooja is improperly trained and lacks accountability for her mistakes. She tried to manipulate me by telling that it'll grow blah blah even after the damage is done. Pl don't ever go here. Anyone who considers this place for services just rethink twice for any service from her. Pooja is the worst thing that can happen to any beauty parlor.

Hairs are completely damaged after botox treatment even after spending huge amount of amount.My hairs are fully burnt, even the color I asked was not available I had to get another color done.

I had a decent experience in terms of the hair spa but facial was pathetic, not recommended at all for facial though I chose O3 but the service and place was not at all good!
