Abhishek did my hair services, and I absolutely loved the results! He styled my hair beautifully, making it look healthy, gorgeous, and exactly how I wanted. His expertise and patience made the whole process super relaxing. Malik worked his magic on my hair color, and it turned out perfect--just the shade I wanted! Pretty average salon with not so great experience. There was nothing absolutely wrong with the place or the people. But the overall experience was definitely sub-par the regular Cut and Style experience. Both me and my wife independently had this unanimous opinion after we went for a some high end services. It's like going to a regular kind of salon and paying more than the value. The staff seemed new and didn't give a vibe of an experienced salon person. If you have to go to cut and style, we find the one of Sector 43 much better than this one. Avoid here if you can. Pro tip - instead of buying packages of 5k or 10k that offer you Store Specific discount of 30%, it is better to go for cut and style loyalty cards that are store independent and offer you 20% discount.

Worst experience. The Hairdressers which they call trained people hardly have knowledge of their profession. They ruined up my hair totally despite of all the details shared to them and then they just experiment everything on you. Worst of the worst nonacceptance of their mistake i stead of being apologetic they will go out and laugh with their cheap discussion. Completely wastage of money.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this salon. I went in with long, beautiful hair and left feeling completely devastated. The stylist cut my hair with no shape whatsoever, and the layers he added are an absolute disaster. At first, he curled it and made it look somewhat decent, but as soon as I washed it at home, it was clear the damage had been done. The layers are uneven and ridiculous, leaving my hair looking like a mess. The volume is completely gone, and the ends resemble a tail--it's awful. To make matters worse, the stylist mumbled something to himself while washing my hair, and then added an extra 500 for a "luxury wash," claiming he told me about it beforehand (which he absolutely did not). This is a complete rip-off. The salon charges a premium, yet this is the level of service you get. I now have no choice but to go for smoothening my hair just to make it look somewhat presentable. I came in with gorgeous long hair, and now I'm stuck with a cut that looks like a disaster, forcing me to invest even more time and money to fix it. Never coming back here again.
