Experienced n well trained staff delivering goodness. People coming here are going back with a smile on their face. Location is good. Good connectivity. Parking space is good.

Hi All, this is a review of "Cuts and Style" salon in sector 86: On 24th November, I went for my regular salon services, and I was told before my services that if I get a subscription for 5000/- I will get a 30% off on my bill. So I chose my services and once I was done the salon manager told me that our owner has instructed us to not give you any discount. When I asked why, she called the owner 'Diksha' over phone and I talked to her. Diksha said that because I posted a feedback earlier about their bad services and bad behaviour of the staff she doesn't want to entertain me as her customer and neither will she give me a discount now. So there 2 points here: 1. Is to make everyone aware that if you don't like their services or behaviour then you are not supposed to report it otherwise they will not entertain you as customer. 2. She did not uphold her commitment of the discount, which was made before the services and denied after the services. I liked the services of the staff yesterday, but the behaviour of the manager and the owner of the salon was demeaning. A wise business owner ideally needs to get a complaint sorted with a customer and an unwise and rude business owner demeans a customer. What happened with me should not happen with others as well. They have opened their new outlet of cuts n style in sector 80 by these people "Aman Sangwan & Diksha Sangwan" so similar kind of humility is expected there too. This time it was me next time it could be you. Their existing staff is also not so happy with their attitude coz they misbehave with them too. The choice is yours now, if you don't like their services, you can't speak up otherwise they will demean you in front of other customers. So choose wisely and speak up.

If you want to get humiliated in front of other customers, then take their service. One of my friend took service and offered some subscription to get 30% discount. She wrote genuine review on google. But she was denied discount because she wrote true discount. Managers are some goons and unmannered people.

I want to share my feedback as well, cut and style is very unhygienic saloon,I got head lice from their saloon, their comb is very bad and unhygienic

Though I have mostly liked the salon in almost every aspect, but this time I had a bit of dissatisfaction from the hair cutting as size of hair has been cut too short inspite of my first instruction not to cut to very short. Our heads are tilted downwards by the cutting person, just for a convenient angle for him and as a result, we can't look at the mirror during cutting. Request to please advise your staff to carefully listen to what customer tells before start. Thanks
