Cut & Style Salon - Sushant Lok, Gurugram

Had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I expected a professional stylist who could guide me on whether a haircut would actually suit my face, but the person kept saying it would look good without any real assessment or advice. A true professional should be honest and help clients make the best choice for their features. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. The cut itself was not what I expected, and I left feeling unsatisfied. Definitely not worth it if you're looking for real expertise and guidance.

Polite staff, good services, hygienic place. Manish did a good job with the haircut, 4 stars for that. But they need to be a bit flexible regarding the membership amount as I could not avail benefits of discount since my membership wallet balance was some 100 less and they refused to take the rest through cash. Now I can't use the pending amount left in my wallet as no service comes exactly in that pending amount.

I was not satisfied with the result of my hair botox treatment, then the manager Mr.Shivam called me to address my issue, they listened to my feedbacks and as a solution provided me a complimentary botox treatment. This time result was satisfactory and stylist Jeet did a good job. Great customer service. Thanks Shivam and Jeet!

Had a very disappointing experience at Cut and Style Salon, Sushant Lok. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional in their behavior. Their way of talking was disrespectful and lacked basic courtesy. It's unfortunate that such a popular chain maintains such poor customer service. I would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for a pleasant or respectful experience.

Amazing experience, the staff is so cordial and helpful. Shweta - has the skill and patience and deals according to my sensitivity and Arup is my go to guy for making my nails look beautiful always! The staff will always guide you according to your needs and not suggest unnecessary products or procedures

I have been going to this for a while now, really love Kajal, if its your first time for anything be it threading, upperlips, she is the girl for u. No stupid gossips or pressure of additional services. Just simple and nice. Give it a go.

I went to cut a style for cleanup recently. My experience was awful.The products they used made my skin red and irritable. The massage was not done as the skin was irritable. When I said the products made my skin irritable the front desk staff told me that I should have told them in advance that my skin was sensitive and massage is not done on sensitive skin. They asked me to pay the full amount even though the massage was not done.

I have been a regular customer at c&s vk. This time I had done Keratin treatment for hair by Manish. He has provided a wonderful service and really went to length to satisfy me with services.
