Been using this place for years but the quality and service has really degraded. The person at reception is the worst. Barbers are not even that skilled. They don't talk nicely to customers and talk even behind customers. The barber is more interested in talking to other employees in shop than focusing on client. And they are always trying to up sell or sell membership and talk rude if declined. Gave enough chances and now time to try some other saloons.

More like Cut n steal... Every time you go here for service, for the same service indeed they'll have a different price. It's run by people trying to get a tip to reach a daily revenue target. If you look cash heavy, you are screwed. Staff is generally pedestrian, mostly bad language was used even while I was there as a client. Music is terrible and so is the lighting. If you have spent one hour trying to get service, your personnel will get weary of you and try to 'finish you off' as soon as possible because his attention span is low. Last time I'll ever go there.

Really bad Experience. The staff is adamant and is not willing to accept the customers feedback. Please never get the hair chemically treated here. Your money will go in drain. Got keratin treatment got Rs. 5500 and within a week, my hair were as earlier. the stuff first promised to redo the process and requested me to come on a monday. I came early from work and was denied the treatment being told, that this is how keratin looks. Just to let you all know, this was the 4th time I got my treatment done, so definitely the results were not as expected. Please dont put you money at stake. Instead go to bella Madonna, which is right below the salon. Much better services and staff is humble too.

Bad experience! They even don't deserve 1star , most disgusting salon I have ever visited in my life. They make people fool and charge you double money, be careful guys. Unprofessional behavior of staff and untrained staff. Would never visit again!

They don't deserve even 1 star, untrained employee are there, employee don't know how to give good services to the customer , I have taken Rica wax for full arms , and my arms got burn after waxing...and they have not even provide first aid kit which was highly required.i am suffering from skin problem till yet.very poor service. And also Ac was not working here.

Very baad experience. Got haircut and threading on upper cheeks. They literally injured me. Cut all my skin in threading. So unprofessional. Even worst experienced guyz.

I went for a beard trim and a haircut, the guy made complete mess of my hair and cut my 3 months old beard way too short even after repeatedly asking not too. The barbers there are amateur always in a hurry.

Daksh - is the go to colorist here. Knows his job very well. The staff was polite as well.
