Cut & Style Salon - Vatika City, Gurugram

I recently visited a Cut & Style outlet expecting a professional and quality haircut, especially considering their reputation and premium pricing. Unfortunately, this turned out to be one of the worst haircut experiences I've had. From the moment I entered, the stylist was more focused on pushing overpriced packages and services than actually listening to what I wanted for my haircut. It felt like I was being sold to, not served. There was little to no attention given to the actual haircut. The back of my head was left completely misaligned which I realised when I came back home and I have to visit another barber just to fix the mess. For the amount I paid, I expected at least a clean and precise cut, if not a premium experience. I frequently travel across NCR and have tried different Cut & Style branches over time, but this experience has left a bad impression. I will not be visiting again, and I definitely cannot recommend it to others. If you care about service, professionalism, and value for money, I suggest looking elsewhere

Had an amazing experience at Cut & Style with Shaan! I showed him a picture of the haircut I wanted, and he executed it perfectly. He paid close attention to every detail and made sure I was satisfied with the final look. His professionalism and skill are top-notch. If you're looking for a barber who understands your vision and delivers it flawlessly, Shaan is the one to go to. Highly recommend!

Hair Stylist "Shaan" is a professional, infact well understandable stylist. He understands your style and work according to that, no extra inputs or forced services. It was one of the best look I have got.

While I occasionally visit for face threading, I've consistently faced issues with staff lacking professionalism and courtesy. They prioritize upselling additional services rather than focusing on the service requested. On my latest visit, the staff's lack of training was evident during my threading session, and I also faced discrepancies in payment, which the front desk staff failed to address. I had to go to another outlet to get the threading done properly.

I had my makeup done by Kavita, and she did an exceptional job! She is a true professional, ensuring a smooth and flawless application. Kavita was very attentive to my preferences and styled my makeup and hair exactly as I envisioned. Her skill and attention to detail made the experience truly wonderful!

I got done my threading today from cut&style I think they have ruined the name of the brand the therapist was untrained and she ruined my eyebrows the centre was stinking. It was my first and last visit in cut & style . I will recommend dont get ur threading done from here especially

Really good experience having a hair cut here, it was properly clean and it was getting moped at every minute. Loved the staff and over-all service quality. Appointments are highly recommended. I went through nearby deal and didn't feel extinct. So it was 10/10 for hair wash, hair set, hair cut and all hair related services. Good experience. They also offer you complementary water bottle, which no one does. Highly recommended for hair cuts and hair styles.

Hair cut given by Sunil is not as per the expectation at all. I showed him a very clear reference of what I want, neither the hair length nor style is as per it. He just did something he liked. Extremely bad experience contrary to other services I have availed at this outlet.
