Shiv did an excellent job with my manicure and pedicure.The process was relaxing, and he took the time to make sure everything was done with perfection. My hands and feet feel refreshed and Looks good. Ajay did an amazing job with my nail extensions! He understood what I wanted and made them look exactly how I imagined. My nails look beautiful. I'm very happy with how they turned out. Highly recommend him!

Visited Geetanjali Salon in Gurgaon for a much-needed haircut and I'm genuinely happy with the experience! My hair was looking thin and flat, so I asked for something that would add volume and shape and Atul did a fantastic job. He really listened to what I wanted and gave me a beautiful layered cut that made my hair look fuller and healthier. The entire service was smooth, the staff were polite, and the salon had a very calming vibe. Highly recommend this salon for its expertise, comfort, and overall experience!

Nikhil gave an amazing makeover and was very attentive to how I wanted the haircut and hair colour to be. His suggestions worked like a charm on my hair. Seema was very patient and comforting throughout the waxing session and Shiv gave the best pedicure. Did not realise how 6 hours passed just like that....

Hairdresser Atul Sood was excellent, very polite and cooperative. He gave me good suggestions during total change of my hairstyle. He has given me a new look. I am very satisfied with his service provided in Geetanjali Studio.

The salon was empty on a Sunday afternoon, which says a lot. They increased prices while discussing treatments, while offering 50% off on the other hand -- absolutely non trustworthy and misleading practices. I've had the same service elsewhere at a fair, flat rate. Won't be returning.

1)Keratin-This was my first visit at the south city branch(though always have been fond of Gitanjali and Looks for selfcare pampering) for keratin in the month of June and sadly I didnt like the product they recommended me and used De fabulous shampoo n conditioner which resulted in more hair fall and the keratin lasted only for about 2.5 months not more (which usually lasts about 5 months) so, a big turn down. 2) Got global hair colouring done- Got this done in the month of Septemeber(1st week) and it wasnt done thoroughly within the layers as a result could see the white hair strands after a wash. 3) Eyebrows and waxing n upperlips- Got this done today by Miss.Seema and I remember her name because she did it so effortlessly and was genuine in recommending/suggesting me for facial. Will hope to increase the stars to 4 from three post my next keratin treatment. And I hope the product that Miss Seema has suggested suits my skin when i get it doen from her next. Reviews for it due. 4) Also got hair spa done today of Moroccan product and bought their shampoo n conditioner as they said it would be used as a product even after my keratin treatment of GK(which I plan on and I hope the stars do increase then) Thank you Mr.Rohit(manager)and Miss Seema. 5) Udish- Not recommended for hair spa. Very bad service. Kindly recommend well trained prodfessionals

Ajay has done an amazing job with the gel manicure; his design was very good. He is professional. He deserves all 5 . But I am giving 4 to the salon in general since the process of who does what is confusing and the personal can't provide the service prices in advance, trying to up sale additional things that you do not need. All kind of additional products, not giving you clear picture on the prices for the services you had asked from the beginning.

The salon receptionist and the other lady were too busy to pretend that they are occupied. For the services asked (haircut) they said hair wash is complementary(which was actually not needed) and took Rs.700 for the same. On the billing, they refused to check for the membership on the number and were charging the full amount, upon asking they said they couldn't find the membership then when pressured, they did the membership discount. Pathetic behaviour of the two ladies. Staff is only trying to take away money recklessly
